With 20+ years of experience in International Management within the DACH and CEE markets, he took full ownership of multiple P&Ls, Sales development, Growth Management, M&A and Integration, Restructuring and Operational Excellence in Retail, Oil and Chemical industries and Biotechnology. Building on his experience Michal Brylinski founded Bionrec GmbH as the starting point to help businesses to increase their value for by increasing their resourcefulness.
