Founder and CEO
With 20+ years of experience in International Management within the DACH and CEE markets, he took full ownership of multiple P&Ls, Sales development, Growth Management, M&A and Integration, Restructuring and Operational Excellence in Retail, Oil and Chemical industries and Biotechnology. Building on his experience Michal Brylinski founded BioNRec GmbH as the starting point to help businesses to increase their value for by increasing their resourcefulness.

With 10+ years of experience in the oil & energy segment, Ivo Faryna has become an expert in management and maintenance services for gas stations and oil infrastructure, which generated extensive positive impact for several international fuel site networks.
